Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm excited to help you meet your personal goals for health and fitness.

My vision for coaching others as a personal trainer began through my military career. As an elite operator in the United States Navy (EOD), I was required to maintain top-level fitness. I am proud of my military service and was honored to work alongside our country's finest warriors in an exciting and eventful career.  

But I also suffered severe service-related injuries, leaving me a temporary quadraplegic and requiring every joint on the right side of my body to be reconstructed or replaced. Through my dedication and the help of some exceptional physical therapists and personal trainers, I not only learned to walk again, but I was able to complete my career as an operator.

As a result, I passionately believe that personal trainers have the power to change lives, and I find true fulfillment in helping others achieve their personal fitness goals, whether large or small.

I've been honored to train dozens of individuals to successfully join the Navy SEALs and Army Special Operations Forces. 

I've also coached many who had never exercised but wanted to take a courageous first step to better their health. 

And I've helped others with specific health needs, including those with mobility issues or degenerative diseases and women beginning to work out postpartum--including my wife after the birth of our daughter.

We offer one-on-one sessions lasting either 30 minutes or a full hour. Choose the number of sessions you prefer each month, and schedule at your convenience. Our availability includes early morning and late-night sessions.

Pricing varies per package.
